Glencoe Media is a photo & video production company, based in Glasgow & Glencoe. They specialise in high-quality commercial & real-estate photography, video production, and drone operation for businesses in Scotland. They stand out as the only production company with FPV drone operation, managed accomodation photography & a modern style to their productions. We have been with Glencoe Media since day 1, and seen them grow from a start-up to becoming the go-to commercial photography company in the Fort William area.​

Work Showcase

As a media creation brand, content creation was basically done on the job. We uploaded actual photos, videos & all content created on real shoots for authenticity & proof of quality service.

Customers can instantly see the authentic quality of service.

Giving tips, tricks & tutorials on TikTok & Instagram Reels showed clear knowledge & gave in instant sense of trust. As these videos are quick & easy to make, several can be pushed out per day to potential customers

Longform Behind-the-scenes Content

Glencoe Media records a "behind the scenes" for every shoot, which is edited into a 10-12 minute long video & uploaded toy youtube. This works in a similar way to the shorts, creating trust & showing quality, however it also has the additional perk of showing customers the full service from start to finish, not just the end products

Paid Meta Ads

We used Meta Ads to boost glencoe media's reach into the community. Advertising locally saw a massive increase in sales from small businesses & AirBnB property owners. Effective campaigns could see a large increase in site visits, views, sales & more... whilst also cementing the name & logo into the communities mind

Other Tweaks

Bio, thumbnails, profile photos, banners, cross-platform branding were all adjusted to perceive the brand as high-quality & gain trust.

Hashtags, captions, CTA's, content schedules & calendars were all planned to generate a big reach into the local community & boost brand awareness.

Results

Summary

Glencoe Media went from zero, to the most trusted commercial media production company in the Fort William area in under 1 year, exceeding the initial goals of developing "brand trust", "recognition" & "establishment" very quickly.

 

The vast majority of all leads came directly from Social Media platforms & paid social media ads, with almost all other leads coming from general brand awareness, largely thanks to the social media strategy breaking into the local community.
